for first time extension clients, there is a non-refundable retainer of $650 to secure appointment (this goes towards the overall service cost.)

there are no refunds on extension hair.

there are no refunds on any services rendered.

cancellations- it is required to cancel within 48 hours of scheduled appointment, if needed. appointment will be rescheduled if sufficient time is given for previous cancellation.

no-shows- if you do not show for your first extension install, you will not be rebooked for any future services. 

​

stand-alone color appointments require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations.
